Ashley + Tim

Nowadays it’s more common than not to have a “first look” and although we do love them, it was so refreshing that Ashley and Tim chose the more traditional route this past weekend. Let me tell you why it really pulled at my heartstrings, and by the number of sniffles I heard during the ceremony, I definitely wasn’t alone!

The morning of their wedding they were preparing for the flood of emotions they were about to feel as Ashley’s father walked her down the aisle, and it’s one of those life moments that holds such significance and is so memorable. Tom and I split up I was with Ashley and Tom was with Tim and we were updating each other via text to let each other know how the morning was going and how the bride and groom were feeling and Tom told me Tim was just super nervous, there’s something so sweet about a groom with wedding nerves, because you know that it means he’s really living in the moment and realizes how momentous the day is. Ashley, although everyone expected her to be nervous, was cool calm and collected and exclaimed that she just could not wait to see Tim, when she said that I definitely let out loud “aww.”

When the church doors opened, and Ashley and Tim locked eyes, their emotions overcame both of them and tears welled up in their eyes it was an absolutely incredible moment in all of their family and friends got to experience that with them. The ceremony was beautiful and the live singers belting “Ave Maria” to Adele’s “Feel my love” gave me one of those “I actually can’t help but cry feelings” – just SO powerful!

After I Do’s Ashley and Tim flip the switch from “tears” to “cheers” and set the bar High for the most fun reception to date! Their wedding party and guests were there with a definite goal in mind, party like they’ve never partied before! It was such a special thing to witness Ashley and Tim’s families and all of their friends come together in one place for the celebration of love!

Congratulations Ashley and Tim! We love making these memories with you and we wish you many more happy years!
