Maria and Aaron tied the knot on a perfect day in June. It was one of those days that just felt like summer. The sun was hot and the breeze was cool and it was a great day for a wedding!
The Cannery held the ceremony and reception, upon arrival the chapel and reception hall was already decorated and ready for guests, and upstairs Maria and her bridesmaids were all getting ready for the exciting day ahead! The second I spotted Maria’s dress I was blown away, it was so unique and beautiful, once she put it on it became even more so, and I thought to myself, if Aaron doesn’t cry when he sees his bride, it would be a shock!
Low and behold, the tears were not held back as Maria made her way down the aisle. It was a sweet sight to see as Aaron wiped his tears as the two exchanged vows. We loved hearing the promises they made for each other and the blessing for their marriage. When a couple shares handwritten vows during the ceremony it can be a moment for the guests to reflect on their own love stories and remembering their own wedding day, and it also helps to build the newlyweds a group of supporters who will be there for them, when in the future they may face hard times. Family and friends who witness the promises made that day can strengthen the marriage long after the wedding day is over!
Following the emotional ceremony came the portraits! We were pleasantly surprised to see Gator, Maria and Aarons adorable pup! He was also dressed to the nines and SO sweet! We love when fur babies can take part in their parent’s wedding!
The reception was just as fun as it looked! Everyone got to enjoy an amazing buffet of food, lawn games, dancing, all topped off with a basket of wigs for an added fun touch! We were thrilled to have been a part of Maria and Aarons wedding day! Congratulations to the newlyweds!
