Just as we expected, Lauren and Joe delivered an unforgettable wedding day filled with laughs and tons of exciting surprises around every corner! Something about these two and how wonderfully they click together makes it hard to imagine them without the other, they truly were made for one another. Full of energy and endless jokes, they are an unstoppable force of love!
Lauren, Joe and their wedding party prepared for their fun-filled day at Turning Stone Lodge, where notes, gifts, and tears were exchanged. No worries though, because happy tears turned into laughter for the majority of the rest of the day. Especially when Lauren got an unexpected visit from her brother, dressed in a Turning Stone robe, and looking like he was ready for a day at the spa! More smiles came in the form of a first look with Lauren and her father, it was a sweet moment they shared as the raindrops began to fall. We quickly rushed inside and off to the Ceremony where Joe was waiting to share that same happy moment with his bride!
Saint Mary of Mount Carmel was filled with family and friends all waiting to see the moment when the doors opened and Lauren made her way down the aisle. A spiritual ceremony was made even sweeter with the in-between moments of cheeky smiles shared between Joe and Lauren. With a kiss, their vows were sealed then out the door and into a vintage car they went! First stop, fur babies! No better way to celebrate making it official than getting sloppy kisses from their two children- Parker and Bentley!
Heading back to the Turning Stone, where the Shenandoah clubhouse was decorated to the nines! Guests were in for a ton of surprises throughout the night as they entered the ballroom to find two massive ice sculptures of the couples’ dogs! Another surprise happened as Lauren and Joe made their way in for their grand entrances – sparklers shot up from the floor as they danced! Then to wrap up the night, guests made their way outside to watch an amazing fireworks display. It was non-stop magic all night! Congratulations Lauren and Joe!
